Micohosting Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Micohosting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Micohosting provides web hosting services, including but not limited to domain registration, website hosting, and email hosting. The specific details of the services provided are outlined in the service agreement between the customer and Micohosting.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment for our services is due on the agreed-upon billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

5. Hosting Services

a. Termination for Violation: We reserve the right to terminate accounts if they violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that are deemed illegal or against the law.

b. Backup Responsibility: We are not responsible for keeping backups of your data. It is the client's responsibility to regularly backup their data to prevent loss.

c. Necessity of Hosted Files: Clients should only host files that are 100% necessary for the hosting services provided. Unauthorized or unnecessary files may lead to account suspension or termination.

d. Prohibited Activities: If a client engages in activities such as using ransomware, spreading viruses, or engaging in spamming, we reserve the right to terminate their accounts immediately.

e. Dedicated Server Usage: Especially for dedicated server hosting, activities such as spamming and similar malicious activities can lead to an immediate ban without prior notice.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Micohosting be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, use of, or reliance on our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
